The Cooperative Society for Savings and Leading, through the Creative Women’s Unit that the Society supervises among its various units, implemented the hot meals project in the Gaza Strip and the North, with the aim of supporting and assisting displaced families in the various shelters, numbering 82 shelters, more than 52,000 fifty-two thousand family meals were distributed during the holy month of Ramadan. 60 displaced women participated in the implementation with the aim of creating job opportunities for women to enhance their ability to continue, meet the needs of women and their families, and improve their economic situation. The meals were funded by the United Palestinian Appeal Foundation (UPA).
